Sri Ramakrishna Hospital launches EMI scheme for patients

Coimbatore, Nov. 1: Sri Ramakrishna Hospital today launched a patient-friendly EMI scheme along with Capital Float financial company.



Mr. V. Ramakrishna, Chief Operating Officer, Ramakrishna Hospital, said that under the scheme patients could avail of  immediate loan for approved treatments and surgeries from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 3 lakh. 

Mr. T. Manikandan, Manager, Capital Float, Coimbatore branch, said that zero down payment, zero percent interest and zero document charges were the attractive benefits of this scheme.



"Any blood relation of the patient can apply for this loan  with just Aadhar, pan card and bank details. Through this scheme 70 percent of the patients who cannot afford their medical expenses will  benefit immediately," he added.

Four terms of EMI, such as three, six, nine and twelve months were available under this scheme.

The hospital said that it was the first in the state to launch this scheme.
