CM inaugurates Gandhipuram flyover


Coimbatore, Nov. 1: The much-awaited Gandhipuram Flyover was thrown open to traffic this afternoon by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edapadi K. Palanisami.



The newly opened facility will be open to public from today, sources said. The Rs. 195 crore 1752-metre long and 16.6 width flyover, connecting Park gate and Lakshmipuram is expected to be a great addition that would ease the city's increasing  vehicular population. 



Minister S.P. Velumani, District Collector T.N. Hariharan and MLAs from the region, were present at the inauguration.
