Certain news channels have circulated news that officers from the Directorate General of Goods & Service Tax Intelligence, Chennai Zonal Unit, have conducted search operations in the house of actor Vishal, President of Tamil Nadu Film Producers Council. DGGSTI has clarified in a press statement that no such operations were undertaken and that the circulated news is incorrect and false.
