1. 110 Infantry Battalion (Territorial Army) Madras, Redfields, Coimbatore will be conducting recruitment for 8 Soldiers (General Duty) and 3 Soldiers (House Keeper) vacancies for enlisting in the Territorial Army. Candidates who belong to states of Andhra Pradesh. Gujarat. Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Karnataka and the Union Territories of Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Goa, Daman & Diu, Lakshadweep and Puducherry can appear for the same from 23 Oct 2017 to 27 Oct 2017. Physical test will be conducted only on 23 Oct 2017 at PRS Ground, Coimbatore from 6 am onwards. On subsequent days, medical test and personal interview will be conducted for candidates who passed in physical test. Candidates who are employed in civil or self employed, Ex NCC cadets (Good firers), Outstanding Sportsmen, Artist/painters, LMV/HMV license holders, Musicians, and dependents of servicemen/ex-servicemen will be given preference. Personnel employed in civil organisations will have to produce a 'NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE' from their employer. Personnel seeking enrolment should be present at PRS Ground, Coimbatore at 6 am on 23 Oct with the following documents:-
(a)Self Passport size photograph -10 Nos
(b)Joint passport size photograph (Self & Next of km) - 05 Nos
(c)Family joint photograph (Size 5cm x 7cm) - 04 Nos
(d)PAN Card of individual - Original.
(e)Aadhaar Card (Self & Family members) - Original
(f)Transfer Certificate & All Mark Sheets - Original.
(g)Community Certificate (Duly affixed photograph) - Original.
(h)Conduct Certificate - Original.

2. The minimum education qualifications and physical standards required are as under:-
Age: 18 to 42 years
Physical standard: Height -160 cms
Weight - 50 kgs
Chest - Min 77 cms with 5 cms expansion
Educational Qualification:-
(i) Soldier (General Duty)- Should be matric pass with minimum 45% marks aggregate or pass/qualified in higher class (i.e. (12th or above).
(ii) Soldier (House Keeper)- Minimum 8th pass and should have obtained proficiency in trade.
