Tamilnadu State Transport Corporation (Coimbatore division) is to operate 430 Diwali special bus services on the eve of the upcoming Diwali festival on October 18.
As many 60 special services would also be operated from Chennai to Coimbatore during the same period to clear the Diwali festival rush.
The special buses will be operated from Coimbatore, Tiruppur, the Nilgiris and Erode to all the destinations in the state during three days on the eve of Diwali.
Designated departure points have been allocated for various routes for buses departing from Chennai and to various destinations in the state.
