40 more fresh dengue cases admitted in Govt. Medical college Hospital



40 patients undergoing treatment for Dengue in CMCH. 

Presently, 40 patients are undergoing treatment for dengue in CMCH and around 223 patients are treated for viral fever, said sources from CMCH.

So far, dengue has claimed 30 lives in the city. The increasing number of fatalities have made the people of the city panic over the viral disease which is spread by aedes agypti mosquito (aka) the tiger mosquito. Preventing the breeding of mosquitoes in one sure fire way to contain the monsoon related illness,say Health Experts. 

While Dengue is playing  havoc, seasonal flu is also spreading fast in the City.
