The Principal Sessions Court here sentenced three persons to life imprisonment in a murder case related to the murder of Unni alias Ramesh, an auto driver of Thudiyalur.
Unni was murdered by his younger brother Manoj kumar and his accomplices Velliangiri and Vijay Ananth in 2009 after a quarrel ensued between them.
The court which heart the case pronounced the three guilty of murder and sentenced them to life imprisonment.
It is said Unni, the victim, had troubled his younger brother with demands of money, which provoked his brother who plotted and murdered his elder brother along with two other accomplices.
