A 15 -year old school girl, of Kovai Chetti street, in Selvarpuram police limits who is studying 10th class in private school at Chokkamputhur has gone missing and her whereabouts is not known.
The school girl, daughter of Velliangiri and Bharathi had left for school yesterday but didn’t return home in the evening.
The shocked parents mounted a hunt for the missing girl with the help of neighbors but the girl could not be spotted.
Following which Bharathi, the mother of the child had preferred a police complaint in Selvapuram police station.
The Police have launched a hunt to spot the missing girl and transit points like bus stands and railway stations are closely watched for the missing girl.
