Nilgiris District Collector Innocent Divya inaugurates “At your Service” online grievance redressal platform

Nilgiris District Collector Innocent Divya inaugurated “At your Service” an online grievance redressal platform for the benefit of the general public and residents of the district.

The new service would enable the grievance day petitioners to file their petition and complaints in a dedicated WhatsApp number 99431-26000.

Besides the new face book page of the district administration and Twitter handle would inform the denizens of various welfare and developmental activities being carried out in Nilgiris District.

“The on line forum would serve well to the residents of Ooty, Coonoor, Kothagiri and the rural areas of the district to present petitions and to be in real time touch with the district administration and bring up complaints to the notice of the District Collector at the shortest possible time the service would be effective from October 3”, said Nilgiris District Collector Innocent Divya.
