Railway station and bus stands choked with people due to festive weekend. 


Due to the successive holidays for the festive season, the railway stations and bus stands are bombarded with people.



As Ayudha Pooja and Vijayadasami festival falls on 29th and 30th of September, 1st October being a Sunday and 2nd October (Monday) is Gandhi Jayanthi yet another holiday, malling it a long weekend. Hence most of the people would be planning to visit their native places during this four-day holiday. The inflow of passengers in railway and bus stations has doubled up.



Additional police force has been deployed at the junctions to ensure safety of the passengers.
