CCMC Commissioner Dr.K.Vijayakarthikeyan inaugurated a renovated park, at GRG Chandrakanthi nagar, at Sowripalayam area.
Speaking on the occasion the Commissioner said that the PPP (Public Private Partnership) model is a successful one through which many effective developmental works could be carried out in the city corporation limits.
3,212 public and individual toilets have been constructed in city limits under such PPP partnerships, and the private sector, corporates, social activists should contribute for the creating such infrastructure in the city.
Lauding CRI Pumps, which has renovated the park, which was in disuse he said the CSR activities would go a long way in making the city clean and green.
