Kalidasan was produced before Palakkad district court around 2 pm. Police submitted a custody application for a week for further investigation and interrogation. Court permitted five days custody . Kalidasan is a prominent leader of CPI Maoist and he is involved in several Maoist attack in various places of Kerala. Police also captured a rifle, some magazines of bullets and pamphlets - the custody application described to court.
