Kamal Haasan- Arwind Kejriwal meet in the former's residence at Chennai, discuss politics.

Since his announcement of stepping into politics, Actor Kamal Haasan has been making silent but significant moves. And, one such is the  meeting with Arvind Kejirwal, Founder of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Chief Minister of New Delhi, today. The meeting at the Actor's residence in Alwarpet has kindled the public's interest to know what 'viswaroopam' the Veteran Actor would take next.

During the meeting which lasted for over an hour, Kamal Hassan has understandably discussed about the prevailing political situation and his imminent political entry.

It is said the Kejriwal had also extended an invitation to Kamal Hasan to join Aam Admi Party and head the unit in Tamilnadu.

Later both addressed the media together, in which Kamal noted that he is honored by the visit of Kejriwal, who has a national profile on anti-corruption and anti-communal platform.

“Those who all fight against anti-corruption are all my relatives, and Kejriwal ji is one such leader. My house has always been a political one since my childhood days, I was the one who stayed away from politics", the senior actor said.

While speaking to the media Kejriwal, CM of New Delhi said “I respect Kamal Haasan ji both as an actor and an individual. Today’s meeting has been a fruitful one,  hence we would continue to meet and discuss politics in future too."

Earlier Kamal Haasan greeted Kejriwal with a flower bouquet and a certain camaraderie was noticed in their interaction.

"The anti-corruption agenda of Kamal Haasan might go hand in hand with Kejriwal philosophy and if Kamal takes up as the State Head of AAP, it would be a good augury for Tamilnadu” say political pundits about the visit.
