The wearing of ID-cards by Tamilnadu Government employees is made mandatory by an order of Department of Personnel and Administrative reforms.
Dr.Swarna, Secretary, Department of Personnel and Administrative reforms has issued the order which necessitates wearing of ID-cards as mandatory condition for Tamilnadu Government staff all over the state while they attend office.
