Following heavy rains, District Collector TN Hariharan has declared a holiday tomorrow for all schools and colleges in Valparai.
As the rains are expected to intensify, the District Collector has advised the officials to immediately evacuate the people living in low-lying areas. Special teams have been formed to assist people.
