Ganesh, Inspector of Police has been selected for Chief Minister’s Anna medal for meritorious services for the year 2017.
The Police officer who joined the Tamilnadu Police Department in 1997 has served meritoriously as a Sub Inspector and currently serving as Inspector in Kuniamuthur police station.
A Post graduate in Physics with a degree in Education, Ganesh has had a stint as a school teacher in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in Bellary District of Karnataka before joining Tamilnadu police.
The cop has served in Race course, Ramanathapuram and Variety hall road police stations as an Inspector and effectively enforced law and order in the region. He had also served in anti-smuggling squad of Tamilnadu police.
Speaking to SimpliCity, Inspector Ganesh shared that "Serving as a honest and good police officer has fetched me this prestigious award and I am really proud about it”.
