Two Missing city school girls rescued from Kozhikode Railway junction.

The two girl students, who went missing from the private school premises in Nallampalayam near Kaundampalayam in the city, yesterday have been rescued by the Police team from Kozhikode.

The two some, have been found lounging in Kozhikode railway junction, when Railway police rescued them and informed the cit police, who rushed to the spot to rescue to the girls.

The students studying in 7th class in Amrita Vidyalaya, have suddenly disappeared from the campus, even though they arrived the private cab to school, as usual in their school uniforms. It seemed they have carried a set of clothes with them and changed to civil clothes to escape capture before boarding a train to Kozhikode.

Shocked by the disappearance of girls from the school premises, parents laid siege to the school and demanded explanation from the school authorities yesterday as kipnapping of girls was also considered a remote possiblity.

Thudiyalur Police who launched a hunt for the missing girls issued alert to the police neighboring states too. Transit points like bus stand and railway stations were closely monitored for the missing girls, which resulted in their rescue.
