Actor Vishal's Thupparivalan, finds its way into a spurious piracy site Tamilgun.com

Actor Vishal who has been fighting against film piracy has been outwitted by Tamilgun.com, a priracy movie site known for releasing movies on the same day the movies hit the theatres.

Now, the site has released Thupparivalan, movie in their website which was released just yesterday in the theatres. The film has already reached  60,000 viewers.

It may be recalled that Anti-Piracy cell police  arrested a Tamil gun administrator recently and despite this the said site has challenged Vishal to check if he could stop the pirated version being released on the website on the same day.

Even though, Actor Vishal who is also the President of Tamilnadu Film Producers Association has took up cudgels against piracy and deputed flying squads  consisting of his fan base to check videographing of the film on the day of its release by miscreants have not been successful in stopping the new release appearing on the net.

The piracy and release of films in spurious websites is seen as huge problem by the film actors and producers as it would largely affect the box office collection of the newly released films.

Tamil actors and producers have repeatedly appealed to film goers to watch the movie only in theatres and not in pirated versions of the film. While the public who watch through pirated versions are of the view that 'Not all movies deserve the ticket amount, in such cases we opt to watch through DVD's and pirated sites. But good movies, we wait and watch only in theatres'.
