An old woman Saroja of Omalur near Salem was in for a rude shock when she received the smart family card as it carried the photo of actress Kajal Agarwal instead of her own.
Saroja, who went to the ration shop at Kamalapuram to collect her smart family card, noticed that it carried the photo of actor Kajal Agarwal.
Shocked and surprised the old woman complained to the officials at the ration shop, who promised to correct the mistake through the e-Seva center.
