Singanallur Constituency MLA N.Karthik escaped unhurt in a road accident on Trichy road. This morning, the legislator was travelling near Perks School junction on Trichy road, unexpectedly a lorry en route from Ramanathapuram towards Singanallur crashed head on with his car, leaving much damages to the car.
Fortunately, MLA Karthik did not sustain any injuries in the accident. A case has been filed by the police and investigations are on.
