District Collector T.N. Hariharan flagged off a Swachh Bharath rally at Devarayapuram Panchayat union school in Thondamuthur union and took the clean India pledge along with the students.
The students carrying placard distributed pamphlets to the members of the public regarding the clean India campaign and to make every village open-defecation free and the need to use toilets and keep environment clean.
