Condemning irregular water supply carried out in Singanallur assembly constituency areas the DMK staged an agitation in front of Uzhavar sandhai.
Led by N.Karthik, Singanallur legislator the protesters said that water supply is being carried out once in 15 days in the said areas.
"The residents of Kurichi, Peelamedu, Saravanampatti, and Singanallur are highly affected due to erratic water supply once in 15-20 days. The present Government has failed to implement any water supply scheme to quench the thirst of residents in the city", MLA Karthik alleged.
