Public Grievance Day Meeting Tomorrow at Coimbatore Corporation - Commissioner Announces

Coimbatore Corporation Commissioner Katta Ravi Teja IAS has announced that a Public Grievance Day meeting will be held tomorrow, Tuesday, from 11 AM to 1 PM at the Corporation Head Office, presided over by Mayor Ka Ranganayaki Ramachandran. Citizens are invited to participate.


Coimbatore: A Public Grievance Day meeting is scheduled to be held tomorrow (09.06.2026), Tuesday, at the Coimbatore Corporation Head Office. Presided over by Mayor Ka Ranganayaki Ramachandran, this meeting provides an opportunity for citizens to directly present their grievances and requests to the civic administration.




According to information provided by Corporation Commissioner Katta Ravi Teja IAS, the meeting will be conducted tomorrow, Tuesday, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. These grievance redressal meetings are held every Tuesday, and all residents living within the Coimbatore Corporation limits are welcome to participate and submit their concerns.




Citizens can directly present their requests to Mayor Ka Ranganayaki Ramachandran regarding various civic issues including birth and death certificates, road facilities, street lights, drinking water supply, underground drainage, professional tax, property tax, vacant land tax, new water connections, name corrections, healthcare, sanitation, education, and other basic amenities. The Corporation administration has assured that appropriate action will be taken by the concerned departmental officials on all petitions received during the grievance meeting.




The Corporation administration organizes these weekly grievance day meetings to establish direct communication between the public and the administration. This initiative helps improve municipal services and enables swift resolution of public complaints. Commissioner Katta Ravi Teja has requested citizens to utilize this opportunity to voice their concerns and benefit from the direct interaction with civic authorities.
