Traffic Restrictions on Coimbatore’s GD Naidu Flyover From Tonight

Temporary traffic restrictions have been imposed on the GD Naidu Flyover in Coimbatore from tonight (May 14) due to optical fibre cable laying works being carried out by BSNL.


Coimbatore:

The Coimbatore City Police have announced temporary traffic restrictions on the GD Naidu Flyover located on the Coimbatore-Avinashi Road following scheduled optical fibre cable laying works by BSNL.



According to an official statement issued by the police, the works will be carried out continuously for five days from May 14 to May 18.

To ensure public safety and facilitate uninterrupted execution of the work, vehicular movement on the GD Naidu elevated flyover will not be permitted between 11 PM and 5 AM during these five days.

Motorists using the flyover during night hours have been requested to cooperate with the temporary traffic diversions and follow the instructions issued by the traffic police.
