Coimbatore North: Vanathi Srinivasan’s Son Adarsh Steps In as She Recovers

Boosting morale among party workers, Vanathi Srinivasan’s son Adarsh has stepped in to lead the campaign in Coimbatore North while she recovers in hospital. Actively canvassing with party leaders, he expressed confidence in her quick return.

Coimbatore: Coimbatore North constituency, BJP candidate Vanathi Srinivasan, contesting on behalf of the National Democratic Alliance, was recently admitted to a private hospital due to health issues. In her absence, her son Adarsh has stepped into the campaign trail and is actively engaging in voter outreach.

Adarsh expressed confidence that his mother would recover fully and return to the campaign within a few days. Until then, he said he would continue working as a dedicated party worker, intensifying campaign efforts. His statement has boosted morale among NDA cadres and supporters.

Alongside former BJP state president Annamalai, Adarsh has been campaigning across areas including Kannappan Nagar, Velandipalayam, Seeranaickenpalayam, and Rathinapuri, going door-to-door to seek support for the party’s symbol.

Speaking to residents who enquired about Vanathi Srinivasan’s health, Adarsh said that although she is undergoing treatment, her thoughts remain focused on the election and that she is steadily recovering.

Vanathi Srinivasan had been admitted to the intensive care unit of a private hospital due to a drug allergy but is now showing signs of improvement. With her recovery underway, Adarsh’s active involvement in the campaign has brought renewed energy among party workers, ensuring that the campaign momentum remains strong.

His campaign has restored strength and confidence within the NDA camp, which had faced a slight setback due to the candidate’s absence and a perceived advantage for the DMK candidate, Senthamil Selvan in the constituency.
