Park Group of Institutions Inaugurates Management Studies Association ANANTARA '24

Park Group of Institutions held the inauguration ceremony for ANANTARA '24, the management studies association for first-year MBA and PGDM students, on September 30, 2024, at their Kaniyur campus in Coimbatore.


Coimbatore: The Park Group of Institutions celebrated the launch of ANANTARA '24, the management studies association for the academic year 2024-2025, at their Kaniyur campus on September 30, 2024. The event marked the beginning of a new academic journey for first-year MBA and PGDM students across four management institutions under the Park Group banner.

The ceremony commenced with a prayer song and the traditional lighting of the lamp. Dr. Gowthami T, Director of Park Global School of Business Excellence, Chennai, extended a warm welcome to the students, parents, and distinguished guests.

Er. K S Sathishkumar, General Manager of Park Group of Institutions, Dr. D. Lakshmanan, Principal of Park College of Engineering and Technology, and Dr. V M Senthil Kumar, Principal of Park Global School of Business Excellence, addressed the gathering with words of encouragement and inspiration.



Dr. Anusha Ravi, CEO of Park Group of Institutions, presided over the function. In her address, she highlighted the success stories of Park alumni, mentioning their placements in prestigious organizations with packages reaching up to one crore rupees. Dr. Ravi also spoke about the institution's collaborations with US universities and encouraged students to pursue paid internships in foreign countries. She advised the students to push their boundaries and explore their specialized areas without limitations.

The chief guest, Dr. Guru Selvaraj, Vice President – HR & IR of Sri Ranganathar Industries Pvt Ltd, Coimbatore, delivered the inaugural address. He emphasized the importance of lifelong learning for personal development and urged students to cultivate creative skills alongside their education. Dr. Selvaraj stressed that teamwork, interpersonal skills, tactical abilities, and effective communication are crucial for becoming good leaders. He also shared insights into industry expectations for student placements.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Dr. N S Sakthivel Murugan, Principal of Tamilnadu College of Engineering, followed by the National Anthem.
