In the presence of Coimbatore North District Minority Wing President Arokiya John, crackers were burst and sweets were distributed to the public in areas including Kalapatti, Vilankurichi, and Saravanampatti.
The celebration was attended by Northern Zone leader Kathiravel, Ward 5 Secretary Kannan, Deputy Secretary Sundarrajan, Congress Party Councilor Naveen, Kathirvelasamy, Kathirvel, and party executives from Saravanampatti and Kalapatti areas.
