Youth Congress Celebrates Independence Day in Udumalpet - Sanitation Worker Hoists National Flag

Youth Congress celebrated the 78th Independence Day in Udumalpet, Tirupur district. A sanitation worker hoisted the national flag, and school supplies were distributed to children.



Tirupur: The Youth Congress celebrated India's 78th Independence Day in Ward 24 of Udumalpet Municipality, Tirupur district. The event was organized under the guidance of Lenin Prasad, State President of Youth Congress, and Advocate Thennarasu, Tiruppur South District Congress President.

J. King Yegoo (aka) Raja, Youth Congress President of Udumalpet Assembly Constituency, led the celebrations.



Karthiammal, a sanitation worker, was given the honor of hoisting the national flag. Following the flag-hoisting ceremony, notebooks, pencils, and sweets were distributed to children.



The event saw participation from various Congress party officials, including Joshua, Vice President of the Tirupur South District Congress Minority Wing. Other Youth Congress executives present at the celebration were Senthilkumar, Asarudeen, Balakrishnan, Surya Adi, and Nagajothi, along with several others.
