Coimbatore: The Coimbatore City Police conducted a comprehensive firearms training program for its officers, focusing on 9mm pistol shooting skills. The training took place at the Coimbatore Rifle Club, following the directives of Coimbatore City Police Commissioner Balakrishnan.

The training session saw the participation of 71 police personnel, including 9 Assistant Commissioners of Police (ACPs), 22 Inspectors, and 40 Sub-Inspectors (SIs).

This initiative was part of the ongoing efforts to enhance the firearms proficiency of the city's law enforcement officers.
