AIADMK’s support begins to grow as election date nears

Despite the fact that the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) has made it clear that it is ready to contest in the upcoming polls alone, support from various political outfits and celebrities seems to be increasing

Among the most recent addition to the list are a religious minority-based party and an acclaimed filmmaker-actor R. Sundararajan, who joined the AIADMK as its primary member.

Manithaneya Jananayga Katchi founder M. Tamimun Ansari; John Pandian, president of the Tamizhaga Makkal Munnetra Kazhagam; Jagan Moorthy, president of Puratchi Bharatham, and Sridhar Vandaiyar of Moovendar Munnetra Kazhagam, were among those who met Ms. Jayalalithaa and pledged their support to the AIADMK for the polls.

Support was also extended via letters to the AIADMK Supremo.

The AISMK, led by actor-politician Sarath Kumar, Kongu llaignar Peravai, Tamizhaga Vaazhvurimai Katchi, Tamil Maanila Muslim League, India Towheed Jamath, All India Forward Bloc, are among the supporters of the AIADMK.
