Two Trains to Skip Coimbatore Junction Due to Maintenance Work

Salem Railway Division announces changes in train services due to track maintenance work. Two trains will skip Coimbatore Junction on specific dates in July.



Coimbatore: The Salem Railway Division has announced changes in two train services due to ongoing track maintenance work in the Salem Division. According to the recent press release, two trains will skip Coimbatore Junction and instead halt at Podanur station on specific dates.

Train No. 13352 Alappuzha - Dhanbad Daily Express will not stop at Coimbatore Junction on July 16, 18, 20, 23, 25, 27, and 30. Instead, this train will halt at Podanur railway station on these dates.

Similarly, Train No. 12678 Ernakulam - KSR Bengaluru Daily Intercity Express will not arrive at Coimbatore Junction on July 16, 18, 20, 23, 25, 27, and 30. This train will also make a stop at Podanur railway station on the mentioned dates.

Passengers planning to travel on these trains are advised to take note of these changes and make necessary arrangements. The Salem Railway Division has implemented these temporary alterations to facilitate the ongoing track maintenance work in the division.
