Coimbatore: In a shocking incident, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) state president Armstrong was murdered by a gang of six men posing as food delivery workers near his residence in Sembium, Chennai. The attack has sent shockwaves through political circles and raised concerns about the safety of political leaders in the state.

According to reports, the assailants, dressed in uniforms resembling those of food delivery company employees, approached Armstrong and carried out the brutal attack. The BSP leader was rushed to Apollo Hospital in critical condition, where doctors declared him brought dead on arrival.

In response to this heinous crime, Chennai City Police Commissioner has mobilized 10 special police teams to conduct an intensive search operation across the city. These elite units are working to track down and apprehend the perpetrators of this brazen murder.
