In celebration of actor Vijay's 50th birthday, a blood donation camp was organized at Dharapuram Government Hospital by the party's local leadership, with 50 donors participating.
Dharapuram: The Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam commemorated actor Vijay's milestone 50th birthday by organizing a blood donation camp at the Dharapuram Government Hospital. The campaign led by Selvi Ramesh, the local party leader in Dharapuram constituency, successfully saw 50 volunteers donating blood.
Organizers included Sorgam Ramesh, coordinator of the event, alongside district and youth leaders from Tiruppur such as Yuvaraj Mahesh, Shaikh Parith, Charlie Victor, and Kadhir. Labor Union leader Harish Sudhan, Sreekanth from the Worker's Union, Prabhu from the Support Volunteers, and student wing leader Ezhil Prabhakaran also participated in the drive.

In addition to the blood donation, the event marked Vijay's birthday by providing meals to old age homes, free eye treatments, and presenting gold rings to newborns at the Dharapuram Government Hospital. College student Gautam pledged to donate blood for the first time, inspired by the occasion. The event reflected a community-wide effort to celebrate generosity and care.
