Grievance Redressal Meeting for Coimbatore Postal Customers on June 25

Coimatore Postal Division announces grievance redressal meeting at the main postal facility on Goods Shed Road, scheduled for June 25, inviting postal customers to address their concerns.


Coimbatore: The Coimbatore Postal Division has recently announced that a grievance redressal meeting will take place on June 25 at the main postal station located on Goods Shed Road. This gathering aims to address the complaints and concerns of local postal customers. Customers residing within the Coimbatore postal region are recommended to submit their complaints to the Customer Service Center, Officer's Office, Coimbatore Division, Goods Shed Road, Coimbatore - 641001 on or before June 21.




Participants are expected to include specifics such as the date of postal registration, registration number, time, and full addresses of both the sender and recipient in their submissions. For complaints related to postal savings and insurances, details like account numbers, insurance numbers, account holder's name and address, and related postal office must be mentioned. All complaint letters should be clearly marked with 'Postal Grievance Redressal Meeting' on the envelope. This allows customers expressing interest in participating to come directly to the main postal station on the day of the meeting.
