DMK Candidate Ganapathi Rajkumar Anticipates Victory in Coimbatore Parliamentary Constituency

DMK candidate Ganapathi Rajkumar is set to win in Coimbatore. He attributes potential victory to public trust in DMK leadership and promises to recover factories closed due to BJP's GST policies.

Coimbatore: In the upcoming elections for the Coimbatore parliamentary constituency, Ganapathi Rajkumar, the candidate of DMK, expressed confidence about his impending victory, attributing it to the trust the public has placed in the leadership of DMK. "The voters have shown their belief in us by their valuable votes," Rajkumar stated during a recent interview.

He criticized BJP’s implementation of GST which led to the shutdown of various industries in the region, vowing rejuvenation of these sectors if elected. Rajkumar also addressed the local demands including the expansion of the airport, construction of new roads and bridges, and improvements in railway station facilities to foster urban development.

Reflecting on the political landscape, Rajkumar remarked on AIADMK’s performance which he claimed relegated them to the third position due to their policies. He emphasized the need for robust local infrastructure and economic policies that benefit the constituency.
