Coimbatore Police Warn Against Investments in MyV3Ads Following Legal Actions

Coimbatore City Police have issued a warning against investing in MyV3Ads following multiple criminal charges against the company under financial fraud schemes.

Coimbatore: The Coimbatore City Police have recently alerted the public to avoid investments in MyV3Ads, as its owners, including Shakti Anandhan, face several charges under the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act 1978, and The Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act 2019. The case has been transferred to the Economic Offences Wing for further investigation due to its seriousness.

Additionally, there have been legal actions against S.V. Vijayaraghav, who operated SIDVAA HERBAL AND FOODS. It has been reported that he obtained licenses to produce herbal and food products using fraudulent doctoral certificates and has been arrested in February 2024. The police have urged the public to exercise extreme caution if approached with investment opportunities in MyV3Ads or its subdivision, especially since these entities continue to operate unlawfully.

The Coimbatore City Police have taken significant measures against the owners of MyV3Ads and their associates, including the owner of SIDVAA HERBAL AND FOODS, due to protests supporting MyV3Ads and for threatening an individual. Cases have been filed at various police stations across the city, such as C2 Racecourse, 1 Singanallur, and E2 Peelamedu, making all the operations public and highly scrutinized.

The public is advised to thoroughly confirm the legitimacy of any company or investment claiming to have government endorsement and should strictly adhere to governmental advice and instructions regarding such financial engagements to avoid falling prey to scams.
