Park College Alumni Hosts Kabbadi and Volleyball Tournament for Tamil Nadu Engineering Colleges

On April 6, 2024, Park College of Engineering and Technology Alumni organized a Kabbadi and Volleyball Alumni Trophy, marking its 11th successful year with over 50 teams from Tamil Nadu engineering colleges participating.


Coimbatore: In a vibrant celebration of camaraderie and athletic talent, the Alumni Association of Park College of Engineering and Technology (Park CET) organized the Kabbadi and Volleyball Alumni Trophy. This prestigious tournament, dedicated to engineering colleges throughout Tamil Nadu, took place on April 6, 2024, showcasing a significant gathering of sports enthusiasts.

The Park CET Alumni Association holds the honor of being the first to establish such an event for students of engineering colleges affiliated with Anna University. This year marks the eleventh consecutive year of its successful execution, reflecting the event's enduring popularity and the organizers' commitment to fostering sportsmanship and solidarity among engineering students.



Dr. Anusha Ravi, the CEO of Park Institutions, had the privilege of inaugurating the tournament, signifying the official commencement of the eagerly anticipated event. The opening ceremony was characterized by enthusiasm and a collective spirit of competition.



With participation from more than 50 teams, the tournament exemplified a wide array of talent and teamwork across the disciplines of Kabbadi and Volleyball. This event not only served as a platform for showcasing athletic prowess but also as a meaningful congregation for alumni and current students to connect and engage in healthy competition.
