Coimbatore: With the Parliamentary elections slated for April 19 drawing closer, political activities in Coimbatore are heating up. Among the contenders, DMK's Ganapathy Rajkumar, AIADMK's Singai Ramachandran, and BJP's Annamalai are vying for votes. As part of their campaigning, candidates are engaging in various public interactions across the city.

In a notable move on March 23, Ganapathy Rajkumar, the DMK candidate, visited the Sacred Heart Cathedral located in the Town Hall area. He met with Archbishop Thomas Aquinas of the Coimbatore Diocese.
