Tense situation prevailed in District Court as maoists raised slogans against RK Nagar elections.



All five maoists, Roopesh, Shyna, Veeramani, Anoop and Kannan who were arrested in May 2015 were produced today in the District Principal Court. 

After the hearing, Justice Pongiappan adjourned the case to 17th of April. Tense situation prevailed in the court complex as the maoists raised slogans in favour of maoism and also expressed their condemnation for RK Nagar elections.  Later, amidst tightened security, all the five maoists were taken back to the Coimbatore central prison.
