Coimbatore: In a recent incident at the Coimbatore Government Hospital, a man was arrested for attempting to steal a purse from a patient receiving treatment in the Neurology ward. The accused, identified as Munisamy (39) from Paramakudi in Ramanathapuram district, was caught in the act on February 7.

The victim, Maragatham (36), wife of Rajan from Mettupalayam M.S.R.Puram, was admitted to the hospital due to health issues.
