This free training program, led by retired police department officials, has become a pivotal platform for serving officers from Coimbatore's armed forces and police stations to enhance their skills and qualifications.

Recently, more than ten officers who participated in this training have been selected for higher positions within the department, including roles such as Assistant Inspectors in the police department, Traffic Assistant Inspectors, and Fire Station Officers.
