Coimbatore: In a commendable act of community service, the Coimbatore North Round Table 20 and Coimbatore North Ladies Circle 11, in conjunction with Madras Round Table 100, organized an exceptional outing for 55 blind children from Chennai. The children, aged between 15 and 25, were transported by train to Coimbatore and were given the opportunity to enjoy a day at the Black Thunder theme park in Mettupalayam.

Following their thrilling day at the park, the group embarked on a three-day adventure in Ooty, a picturesque hill station known for its serene beauty. The children were accompanied by 10 coordinators from their school to ensure their safety and assistance throughout the trip.

This excursion was not just a break from their daily routine but an enriching experience that the children are likely to cherish for a lifetime. The initiative underscores the compassionate efforts of local organizations in bringing joy and memorable experiences to the differently-abled.
