TNAU conducts Training on Preparation of instant Foods

A two-day training on 'Preparation of Instant Foods' will be organized at Centre for Post Harvest Technology, Agricultural Engineering College and Research Institute, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore on January 30 and 31.


Coimbatore: Two days training on “Preparation of instant Foods” will be held at Centre for Post Harvest Technology, Agricultural Engineering College and Research Institute, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore on 30.01.2024 and 31.01.2024 between 9.30 A.M and 5.00 P.M. Training will be given on the following processing technologies.

* Dosa mix

* Adai mix

* Dhokla mix

* Bisibelabath mix

* Kheer mix

* Gulab jamun mix

* Ice cream mix

* Tomato rice mix

* Soup mixes

Interested persons are requested to pay Rs.1,770/- (1500/+ GST 18%) - (Rupees One thousand Seven hundred and Seventy only) in person on the first day of training.
