BJP Leader Annamalai Targets DMK in Scathing Critique, Amplifies Modi’s Tamil Nadu Mission in Coimbatore

BJP State President Annamalai addresses media in Coimbatore, criticizing Chief Minister Stalin’s leadership and alleging DMK’s involvement in various corruption issues, while discussing Prime Minister Modi’s upcoming visit and projects in Tamil Nadu.

Coimbatore: On his way to Chennai after attending various events in Coimbatore, BJP State President Annamalai spoke to the media, launching a scathing criticism of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Stalin and the DMK. He accused DMK members of mistreating a woman employed at the Pallavaram constituency DMK MLA's house, highlighting the alleged hypocrisy of the party that preaches social justice.

Annamalai mentioned Prime Minister Modi's upcoming visit to Chennai to inaugurate the Khelo India Games, expressing the BJP's plans to extend a warm welcome. He praised the Prime Minister for launching various projects for the people of Tamil Nadu, citing his recent participation in events in Trichy.

Discussing the direct train service from Tamil Nadu to Ayodhya, Annamalai emphasized the importance of the Ram Temple and criticized Udhayanidhi Stalin for his remarks on the matter. He highlighted that the Supreme Court's verdict on the temple was delivered in the presence of a Muslim judge and that the first invitation for the temple's consecration was extended to a Muslim.

Annamalai also touched upon the complaints received from the public during his 'Makkal Pathayathirai', indicating a higher level of grievances against the state government compared to the central government. He challenged the DMK to respond to the corruption allegations he plans to reveal and condemned the DMK and Congress for their handling of the 2G scam investigation.

Asserting that BJP doesn't entertain those with aspirations for power, Annamalai contrasted this with DMK's governance, accusing it of nepotism and poor administration. He expressed confidence in BJP's growing popularity in Tamil Nadu and anticipated a successful leadership continuation under Prime Minister Modi in the 2024 elections.

Annamalai concluded by criticizing the DMK for its lack of qualification to question the BJP's performance and promised to expose more of DMK's alleged corruption soon.
