Road Safety Awareness Rally by Vasavi Vidyalaya Students in Coimbatore

Students of Vasavi Vidyalaya in Telungupalayam, Coimbatore, conducted a road safety pledge and awareness rally, emphasizing the importance of following traffic rules.


Coimbatore: In a bid to raise road safety awareness among motorists, various voluntary organizations, in collaboration with the Tamil Nadu government, are actively promoting this cause. As part of these efforts, students from Vasavi Vidyalaya in Telungupalayam, Coimbatore, along with their parents and teachers, took a road safety pledge today.





The event, which saw the participation of over 500 people, was inaugurated by Assistant Inspector of Police Paraman and Deputy Chief Traffic Warden Rangaprabhu. The rally featured banners with messages about the necessity of wearing helmets, anticipating accidents, and the importance of proactive safety measures. The students also performed dances to songs about road safety, effectively raising awareness among passing motorists.
