Championing Change Conclave: A Convergence for Impactful Social Development

Coimbatore: In a significant stride towards impactful social development, the "Championing Change Conclave - The Impact Alliance Conclave" was hosted at the Hindustan Arts and Science College, Coimbatore on October 28th.

The event was graced by distinguished personalities, including the Honourable District Collector Krantikumar Pati who inaugurated the event, and Sandilya, the Chairman of Eicher Motors, who was the Chief Guest. Other notable guests included Sudha Ramen I.F.S, Dr. Anusha Ravi, CEO of Park Group of Institutions & Founder of Do Aram, and Sarasuwathi Khannaiyann, Managing Trustee of Hindustan College of Arts and Science.



This transformative initiative, a collaborative effort by RAAC (Residents Awareness Association of Coimbatore) and NMCT (Native Medical Care Trust), in association with CSIM, Right Dots & Impact Folks, aspires to unify Corporate CSR, NGOs, Policy Makers, and Academicians, cultivating a singular platform to foster profound social development. In his inaugural address, the District Collector emphasized the imperative role of public-private partnerships, applauding Coimbatore for its pioneering achievements in this realm.

The conclave, structured as an immersive full-day event, featured insightful panel discussions with a distinguished cohort of panelists, focusing on the "Future of CSR and Social Impact." Enriching workshops were also conducted, emphasizing digital adoption for NGOs and imparting training on the adoption of frameworks for project evaluation to corporates and academicians. A Design Thinking workshop also formed a crucial part of the conclave, enabling participants to collaboratively craft solutions for prevailing social issues.

Culminating in a valedictory session presided over by Dr. C.V Madhusudhanan of KSR & Co and Preetika Venkatakrishnan, SVP of Karadi Path Education Company, the conclave is poised to be an annual event with a vision to amplify the impact of social development projects continually.
