Grama Sabha meeting in Tirupur District Panchayats - Minister Kayalvizhi presides

Adi Dravidar Welfare Minister Kayalvizhi Selvaraj was the chief guest at the grama sabha meeting held at Kumarapalayam and Peramiyam panchayat areas of Mulanur panchayat union on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanthi.


Tirupur: Minister Kayalvizhi Selvaraj was the chief guest at the grama sabha meeting held in Tirupur.



Adi Dravidar Welfare Minister Kayalvizhi Selvaraj attended the meeting chaired by Mulanur Panchayat Union Committee Vice President Palanisamy near Dharapuram in Tirupur district and highlighted the welfare schemes of the Government of Tamil Nadu, special schemes of the Government, women's safety and education of school children.

Kumarapalayam panchayat president Senthil Vadivu Sivasamy, Mulanur panchayat union commissioner Sridhar, block development officer Baalu and the people of the village participated in the meeting.



Following this, a special Grama Sabha meeting was held at Peramiyam Panchayat under the chairmanship of Panchayat Vice President Pugazhendhi to showcase the schemes and developments of the Government of Tamil Nadu through video conferencing about the achievements made by the Government of Tamil Nadu in the last two years. This was followed by an exhibition on the schemes of horticulture, agriculture, health and other schemes of the Government of Tamil Nadu which are currently functioning in mulanur block.



Adi Dravidar Welfare Minister Kayalvizhi Selvaraj, who attended the meeting as a special invitee, explained the welfare schemes of the government and distributed agricultural implements and commodities to the farmers of the area.

Peramiyam Panchayat President Rani Polur Panchayat Union Committee President Perunthalaivar Sumathi Karthik, Mulanoor West Union DMK Secretary Durai Thamizhar Mohanur Town Panchayat President Makkal Dandapani, Union Youth Wing and State Sports Department Deputy Secretary Karthik and the public were present in large numbers.
