Tamil Puligal Katchi activists burn effigy of Ayodhya godman in Tirupur over Udhayanidhi's portrait ripping incident

Tamil Puligal Katchi in Tirupur burnt the portrait of an Ayodhya godman who tore the portrait of Udhayanidhi Stalin with his tail and announced that he would pay Rs .10 crore for his alleged derogatory remarks against Sanadhanam.



Tirupur: Tamil Puligal Katchi activists set ablaze a portrait of Ayodhya-based godman Paramahamsa Acharya and beat the effigy with slippers.



The incident was triggered by the ripping apart of a portrait of Udhayanidhi Stalin by Parmahamsa Acharya who also announced that he would pay Rs. 10 crore ffor Udhayanidhi's head for his derogatory remarks against Sanadhanam.

DMK's Youth Wing Secretary and State Sports Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin attended the Sanadhanam eradication conference and had made derogatory remarks about Sanadhanam. Paramahamsa Acharya, a godman from Ayodhya, tore the portrait of Udhayanidhi Stalin with a knife and announced a reward of Rs. 10 crore on his head for the alleged derogatory remarks.



In retaliation, the Tamil Puligal Katchi activists staged a protest in front of the Tirupur District Collectorate by burning the effigy of Ayodhya-based godman Paramahamsa Acharya and beating it with slippers.
