A 5-foot snake enters Valparai government hospital

Patients in Valparai Government Hospital called the fire department and after a long search they caught the snake.



Coimbatore: A 5-foot snake entered the Valparai government hospital and was caught by the fire department.

The government hospital at Valparai in Coimbatore district treats patients of the hilly areas and tea plantations of the area. The patients were being treated in the intensive care unit ward of the hospital. The patients called the fire department this afternoon fearing that a snake had entered in the ward area.

Following this, the fire brigade reached the hospital and searched for the snake.



On searching for a long time the snake was near the room where the medicines were kept and they caught the snake calmly. They said it was 5 feet long snake. The fire department said the snake may have come to the room as it was rainy season.
