A car parked in connection with a criminal case caught fire near the Thudiyalur police station in Coimbatore

An unfortunate incident occurred in Thudiyalur police station in Coimbatore this morning as vehicles seized in a criminal case were parked in the market area near the police station. A fire broke out in the Chevrolet car parked there, which was promptly extinguished by people nearby before fire department personnel arrived at the spot.

In the early hours of the morning, as the weekly market was about to begin, a fire broke out in the front portion of a Chevrolet car parked there.



As the fire broke out, people nearby poured water and tried to douse it.



Following this, the Kavundampalayam fire department was informed.



Five fire rescue personnel, led by station officer Ramesh, who arrived at the spot, fought for some time and doused the fire.
